Purchasing & Shipping

Option 1 – Website Purchase

Complete your purchase through the online checkout using a debit or credit card. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option or select free collection where available.

Option 2 – Email Purchase

If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact me by email and I will issue an invoice. Your artwork will be shipped once payment has been received.

If you are interested in purchasing multiple artworks, please get in touch before ordering. I can provide a combined shipping quote so you do not pay separate shipping costs for each item. Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically dispatched within 14–21 days of payment, although many are shipped sooner.

Whichever purchasing method you choose, I aim to provide a personal and professional service throughout. I am happy to answer any questions before, during, or after your purchase, and I will keep you updated throughout the shipping process until your artwork arrives safely.

Copyright & Reproduction Rights

All rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Ralph Ruiz, including after purchase. This applies to original artworks, commissions, prints, and any current or future reproductions.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, commercially use, mint as an NFT, or replicate the artwork in any format without prior written permission from the artist.

Collectors are warmly encouraged to share images of purchased artworks on social media for personal use. This does not breach copyright terms.

Liability

Once an artwork has been delivered and is in the possession of the collector, I am not responsible for damage caused through mishandling or improper care. This includes, but is not limited to, fingerprints, tears, creases, smudges, or other accidental damage.

In line with consumer protection regulations, compensation or replacement will be offered where artworks arrive damaged due to postal handling or where faulty items have been dispatched. Every artwork is carefully inspected by the artist himself before shipment to ensure it meets quality standards and arrives in excellent condition.

Please ensure that you read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. I cannot accept responsibility for misunderstandings arising from information that was clearly provided within the product listing.
